FC-WG系列鈍化劑不含重金屬鉻離子，是替代鉻酸鹽鈍化的第二代環(huán)保產(chǎn)品。適合浸涂、噴涂、輥涂等方式，用于熱鍍鋅板、電鍍鋅板、鍍鋁鋅板等板材表面鈍化處理。鈍化劑中含有無機(jī)金屬鹽和特種功能水溶性樹脂，能在鋅板和鋁鋅板表面形成一層無色轉(zhuǎn)化膜，具有優(yōu)良的耐腐蝕性和涂裝附著性，滿足后續(xù)工藝的要求。
